Guilt feeling :(

I hope each and every one of you knows just how amazing you are!! We are all strong and in this TOGETHER!! Sweets may look good but they are just like those notorious bad boys that every girl wants - looking delicious and yummy on the outside but soooo bad for you in the long run!! Lol! I don't know if this will help you guys but it has helped me out on some occassions. It is going to sound silly but sometimes, when I want an ice cream or a cookie, I squint my eyes and picture it as a ball of fat. And then I picture myself swallowing that ball of fat and it going straight to my thighs (which is where it looooves to go!) and the swallowing part stops me 80% of the time! Regardless, you guys are all doing great and keep it up! We are here for each other!

I will definatley try the "sundae" thing.  I have a very bad sweet tooth that come on after eat a meal.  I dont feel like I know what to do....So thanks for the tip.

I'm a sugar hound so I now  I always keep sweets and treats for my family and they don't help much I say no and they give me Ice bar any way and when they fall asleep I will finish off the 3 thats left in the 6 pack. So yes I know where your at. Its that first one I tryed sugar free ready made jello and s/f cool whip that's great but can't just have one either ! its like the old commercial for lays potatoe chips. Your younger and beautiful so lets get a life Girl we deserve It!!!!

  3. My exercise buddy told me about jello with banana's so I tried it. I sliced up a half banana, used a spoonful of whip cream and sprinkled some chopped up pistachio's and wahlaa....it was my healthy version of a 'sundae'  It totally satisfied my sweet tooth. I find drinking water helps too. SF has some great snacks that are like 'candy'. The peanut butter one is like a butterfinger candy bar. Yum. You are right, as each day passes, you WILL get stronger. This program works and you have support 24/7 right at your fingertips. Don't ever hesitate to reach out....it has helped me stay motivated and I am on Day 66 and going strong. Have a wonderful day!

Thank you so much!! Your response really made me feel a lot better :) It is just so nice to know that you aren't alone. And definately try the jello! I try to eat fruit too but sometimes, I let my cravings get the best of me! I am getting stronger though...with every passing day! :) Thank you again and the BEST of luck to you too! LoL! I do the same thing. But I usually (try) eat fruit, I did it last night. It kills me to not get to have sweets (chocolate). I might try and do the jello thing to =]. Keep up the good work, at least you stuck to 10 jelly beans and not the whole bag. Good luck!

Okay I know this is going to sound really ridiculous and a lot of ya'll are going to laugh but... 

 I am trying to stay on track but my weakness is sweets. To curb those cravings I have been eating motts applesauce and jello. Today though I ate about 10 jelly beans....

and I just feel really bad :(\

Stupid I know lol.
