Do I need to have proof of purchase, such as receipts or UPC labels, for my refund?
We will send you a refund request form to complete. Please discard the product(s) and save your receipts, UPC's or a photo of your product(s). This may be required to process your request.
Are all flavors/sizes Ready-to-Drink Shakes in Cans affected?
Yes, the Ready-to-Drink Shakes in Cans products are packaged in paperboard cartons and contain four, six, 12 or 24 steel cans that are 11 fl. oz (325 ml) each. Individual cans are also sold in certain retail outlets. The recall involves all Slim•Fast Ready-to-Drink Shakes in Cans, regardless of flavor, best-by date, manufacturing code or UPC number. Our Snack Bars, Meal Bars and Powdered Shake Mixes are NOT affected by this recall.

Does it matter how fresh my product is? Does it matter what the date code is?
All Ready-to-Drink Shakes in Cans are being recalled regardless of the Best-by date.
When will the Ready-to-Drink Shakes in Cans be available?
The company is in the process of identifying and correcting the production issue, and will resume production and shipment of the product when the issue has been addressed and corrected. Come back often for status updates and once we’re back, you’ll be among the first to know.
Are there any other Slim•Fast products recalled?
No other Slim•Fast products are affected by this recall. No Slim•Fast powdered shake mixes, meal bars, or snack bars are affected by this recall. We encourage you to try our other products to help you stay on track with your Slim•Fast plan.
How will I know if I got sick from the product?
