    Week 1 i lost 3 lbs Woot! Trying to stay motivated, the weight loss and the the pants feelin a bit loose is a good motivation, but i still crave those sweet eats ugh, trying to focus on fruits for snacks..hope you all have the best week and lets stay focused!

    I know what you mean, it is a way of life. Be constant is not easy. I am making changes in my eat habits. Some time it works and some time it don't. Then that is the exercises. What more can I said. Happy New Year.
