    HEY! "get off ur butt", LOL. I shud talk, my last post was titled "soooooooooooooo lazy". If u really want a simple solution get a treadmill or some other exerciser u can use indoors (here in NJ the gnats and greenheads tear u up!! But I think they munch on the skitos(?), LOL)...

    Having someone else to help with the motivation is great. My wife has been encouraging me and it is good to hear her say she is proud of me. On the other hand, it is really up to us to do it on our own. No one is gong to hold your hand and grab that spoon of ice cream away from you. The task is yours...

    Does anybody know any lower body workouts that I can do for lower body workouts? I'm carrying all my weight from my lower belly all the way to the top of my knees ! and if I dont lose this weight i'll end up with a bad set of knees or a possibly knee replacement when I get older !!

    even after i eat something i feel like it never even got to my stomach, so then i get more... im so tired all the time so i dont feel like exercising, plus i always seem to get discouraged by those videos of all the skinny people moving so fast like it's easy to do
