Hello, just wanted to let you know I love the slim fast meals. The meal planner is the best. I don't always go by the food listed but I can delete than add the food I eat and it keeps track of al the calories, fats, sodium. All the things that would take me forever to figure up by myself. Slim Fast does it for me. Even keeping track of my water and exercise. I love the slim fast community. Great bunch of people always there when you need someone to help you. The support that a lot of us don't get from our friends and family. I would like to see a way of keeping track of the calories and the other important things just for children. I have a 6 year old grandaughter that needs to lose a lot of weight and it is hard to try and keep track of everything. I can keep track of the calories but all the other things it is hard to track them. I noticed slim fast is for 18 years and older. As much as I hate to say it we have a lot of children who are in need of some company to help them. If you ever open this up to children let me know. I don't want my grandaughter going thru what I have gone thru all my life .
