I have lost 14 pounds and am very happy, but I still have about 16 more to go! I am having trouble not getting discouraged at this point because I feel kind of stuck. I am just trying to keep with it and will hopefully see the scale continue to go down soon. I have been on the slim fast diet for 2.5 weeks I have lost 3 pounds. I love the web site with the meal plans.&lt;span style="mso-spacerun:yes;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;I have a long way to go, but I am happy to have lost 3 pounds and not gained 3. How long have you been doing the slim fast diet? And what is your daily calorie goal. I am trying to stay at 1300 calories a day, but I find I get very hungry; do you have any tips for me????&lt;span style="mso-spacerun:yes;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;I am active but not a diehard exercise person. I walk a lot on the beach with my beautiful dog Jasmine, play golf when I can, and do light sessions of weight lifting.&lt;span style="mso-spacerun:yes;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;I did not realize how many calories I was eating a day until I started tracking myself on the slim fast meal plan. I used to drink a lot of coke, even though it was diet I think the gas wasn&amp;#39;t helping. Other thing is that I was eating waaay too much chocolate and now I take the chocolate shake instead that really helps my craving for it and also is healthier. But the most important thing: Lots of prayer!
