I have been doing SF since July 31st and I have lost 28 pounds. As far as dealing with the pain I just try to put it in the back of my mind and tell myself that when I get this weight off I will feel much better. I take pain meds daily but I am determined. Most days are really hard since my job requires me to be on my feet all day and that is where my RA flares. Hang in there I know its tough but you can do it.

FRUSTRATED WITH PAIN!!!

Is anyone else dealing with pain and not losing weight. How do you lose weight when your in pain all the time. Am sticking to my SF routine BUT am not losing, OK I take that back one pound in one month.
