&lt;p&gt;I didn&amp;#39;t face down my moment of temptation so well. thanks to one dinner I gained back 2 of the 4 pounds I had originally lost. that sucked so much I can&amp;#39;t even speak. but I went back on and lost one of those 2 pounds. so now I&amp;#39;m down by 3. I just hope I do as good as you in the future. because spending a week making up for one dinner is just not going to get me anywhere.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;and by the way, great job losing 7 pounds already. we should all be so successful.&lt;/p&gt;

But you shouldn&amp;#39;t feel bad about slipping once, I know I won&amp;#39;t get through this perfectly. (Woo-hoo I&amp;#39;ve made it one week) and I had my biggest temptation yet.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I went with my 110lb sister (hatehatehate :P LOL), her boyfriend, and my niece to the zoo. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;First, they wanted to stop at Taco Bell. I&amp;#39;d just finished my slim fast shake and despite prodding &amp;#39;Oh come on, you can get something. We&amp;#39;re paying. You can cheat on your diet just once, you&amp;#39;ve stuck to it perfectly all week, I think you can let yourself have ONE taco&amp;#39; I stayed strong and held to my no :)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;At the zoo I faced down; pizza, hot dogs, hamburgers, cotton candy, soda, ice cream, brownies, junk-food popcorn, candy, french fries with cheese, and many other bad for me junk food items. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;And I faced my ultimate weak spot twice (at taco bell and the zoo). Nachos.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Well I managed to stay strong and avoid all temptations. It was actually easier than I thought. Every time I wanted to give in to that wonderful smell of popcorn, I imagined the dress I want to wear in three months and I walked right on by.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I just wanted to let you guys know if I can do it, you can do it :) &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;And maybe picking something you want to wear when you get to your goal weight, and imagining it (and your sister&amp;#39;s face when she realizes you are hotter than she is LOL!) every time you are tempted may help you guys too!&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
