        I would love to be your buddy also! I would love to loose 50-70 lbs! My mom just suffered a heart attack at the age of 51. And it scared me to death. But it was the wake up call I needed! I don't wanna follow in her footsteps or my dads who has type 2 dibates. So here I am trying as hard as I can to loose weight! Not only for me & my health but for my kids! ~Dee~

    Thanks for the great encouragement and yes, hope! GOOD For you. That's so awesome that you lost the weight. WOWIE 28 pounds. I'd be in heaven. Did you do it on Slimfast???

    what's your diet like?
    I do similar excpe pilate. I bought turbo jam, tae bo (do you stay up late cause I do!! so I see all those) i just got hip hop abs. It's o.k. it's not very challenging though.

  • Thanks for your great email. I haven't heard of Leslie S. I used the video from Biggest Loser, Juliean Miichaels. I liked it cause I normally don't sweat like this and i really did!! that's graet you are walking. Yea, let's start with 10 pounds!!

    I would like to buddie up with you.  I have been walking and my weight is up and down I seem to not have any control over what I eat.  I use alot of Leslie Sansone walking dvd and outdoor walking I got a pedometer today and will set it tonight and start wearing it tomorrow.  I would love to lose 30 pounds but for now I will start with 10 pounds.

    I am so ready for SF hope will can encourage each other.

  • Good for you!  Those first couple of weeks of workouts can be pretty tough.  I started exercising in late December (the dieting didn't come until about 8 weeks later) and there were several times I thought I was going to pass out or get sick.  Just remember to drink water and pull back a little until you catch your breath when you start to fill that way.  What kind of exercise are you doing?  I really HATE exercise so I have to change it up constantly to keep myself motivated.  I alternate between Turbo Jam, Pilates, Weight lifting, Tae Bo and the dreaded stationary bike.  I have lost 28 pounds so far and have another 56 to go to reach my goal weight.  I seems great when I think about the 28 already gone (woohoo) and then I look ahead at the bulk that I still have to lose and try not to get discouraged!  It is not easy, but it is soooo worth it.  WE are worth the time and effort!
