I am going to do this no matter what. I am all in. I just started like a week or so ago but just joined this group and I am not leaving until I get to my goal so you should be hearing from me for like the next 10 months or so since I have so much to lose. I don't care I am fed up with being fat and I refuse to fail at this. My mind is made up and I will do what I have to do to make it happen. That includes checking in here everyday if I have to.

Yeah!!! we go girl!!

It really is very sad to see that, If those people  stayed by now they would probably be feeling the same way we do today about our weight loss success. I  was able to loose my first 8 pounds because of all my buddies and the rest of the community here on SF.

thanks everyone, and those who  gave up, I encourage you to please pick up your strengh and lets do this together.

It makes me so sad to see people that post one or two things and then have clearly given up and not returned for weeks. 

I promise to myself and everyone on here to not give up and check in at LEAST twice a week!  I whole-heartedly believe in this buddy system and it's a shame that some of these people don't return to see the wonderful things that people have written. 

I encourage you, if you are reading this, to reply and make a similar promise that we can all hold you accountable for!  Having support is half of the battle.
