  • LadyWren- I really like your approach! just think about today, so that you don't get overwhelmed; because in this situation it is really easy to feel like there is no light at the end of the tunnel :) thank you so much for posting your thought!

  • Cait-Hang in there. Sometimes it takes a few tries. Remember it is just for one day-Today. It really helps me to say to myself-"Today, I am going to do what is good for my body." Just today. Don't give up. We are all here to support each other.

  • Okay so I'm not really sure how to feel today. I thought I would wake up and find myself again at day two but I finished calculating my calories for yesterday and they were way over. The thing is I know where I did that, I just had a big dinner with too much corn and steak, is this bad? I mean I know continuing this would not be good but does this mean I have to start over? I did manage to fight off the cravings and temptation. Yesterday I was very thankful for my husband because he helped me say no. I wanted to go out to eat and grab a spassific desert that I love and he told me (since I can''t drive) that instead of taking me to a resturaunt he would cook me a steak dinner of our organic food. I tried to get a desert from him at home but as it turned out we didn't have it so that worked well. He then had ice cream but because it was cherry I was able to say no. I haven't been working out this week but I will this coming week because my hubby is back at work and I am at home. Next week should be easier too because I am watching the kids at my own home so I can work out while they are napping. Congrats to those who are continuing to fight for what we want. I still haven't put up a picture on my fridge but I will...I know that if I can get through today I will be motivated because I too will finally make day 3 a reality tomorrow. I'm just hoping that I can stay away from the binging since I will be at home. I have been chewing gum to avoid it and that has worked because I get the sugar free fruit flavored gum and it helps. I'm not looking forward to my first weigh in because I know well okay I almost know that I couldn't have lost weight at all this week. Also I need to get back on track with my water intake, yesterday I only had a ten ounce glass....
