You will see the 21 day challenge thread posted every day. Essentially what we are doing is motivating each other to string 21 days together with good eating habits, being binge free. Some of us have had to start over a few times (me included), but each time we learn what led us astray and perhaps how to avoid it in the future. The challenge is essentially being honest with yourself about how you are doing. You post on the site each day with successive binge free days.....for instance, if you were starting today, you would be C1 (cycle 1) D1 (day 1). Tomorrow would be C1D2 and so forth until you reach C1D21. It takes 21 days to cement new behaviors, which is what we are trying to do....be binge free.

So I'm still having a bit of trouble getting used to the message board. Could someoen please tell me about the 21 day challange? I'm definatly in I just want toknow exactly what I'm signing up for...LOL....I made it through DAY one and I'm doing better then I thought already...I worked today and even managed to make time to work out....Anyway if you guys could let me know that would be really great
