I use to exercise everyday at least 2 hours ...BUT  :-(    lately  I just got so use to the everyday work routine that I failed to fit a work out in my day  .

For the past 2 weeks I make time workout  after my kids  go to school  I squeeze in a 20 minute walk a mile Dvd ,and workout when I come home sometimes 20 minutes to an hour just in home walking/jogging Dvds and some cardio.........I need to get back on track ,I can feel and see the difference from not having a regular exercise routine .  

 

WHAT ARE SOME OF YOUR TIPS AND /OR FAVORITE WORKOUT ROUTINES??
