  • Well, don't feel bad.  I too have had a longer time than expected to meet my goals.  I got you down. 

    i have found some great snacks for my cravings, if you need help, just holler.

     

    I met one of my goals today and got to join the my first 10 lbs group.

  • okay so my goal was to get on the treadmill everyday this week and do a mile but that didnt work out in the mornings. This week is a bust for the challenge so no itunes gift card this time. I am going to restart this challenge saturday and I would like to add another challenge as well. I havent been eating snacks between meals and I think that may be the reason way my weight hasnt been coming off as fast. My new challenge is to eat at least 2 snacks a day for a week

  • Yes, it is using kettlebell. I think it is a great total body workout & the cardio effect is awesome. But you're right, it is not easy...lol. You can definitely feel it the next day. But if u keep with it, it gets better. have i mentioned that i really, really love these workouts...lol.

  • Kettlenetics, what's that? If it's using the kettle ball - good for you! That thing scares me.  One date with that and my trainer left me paralyzed for two days lol.

  • Hey just letting everybody know I am hanging in there. Still doing the kettlenetics. I really like this workout it is awesome. I am trying to stay focused and stick to it . This is when it gets hard sometimes. The definition I am seeing in my legs & arms is really good motivation to push through. Hope everyone else is doing good....keep up the hard work, it is worth it. The beach is calling.......lol

  • Way to go Focused on the not smoking, I am coming up on 5 mnths and it is hard and it is a great deal to why I gained weight.  I have you down for your reward.  I also got bhagga1 down.  This thread is never too late.  You can join at anytime and it is just a way to give ourselves frequent pats ont the back.  I wish you all the best.  Everyone in here is really active and really good at keeping up.  It is so easy to lose motivation and I encourage you to also do the 21 day challenge to keep you also motivated on a daily basis.

  • Well, I must say my challenge has encouraged others and that makes me so happy.  It is amazing how much harder it is this round, it was so easy last time.  I feel like I am doing so well, I am taking the Slim Quick Cleanse (let me tell you, I now know why they call it that).  Well, my ear infection seems to have gone away and it doesn't hurt now to do things that have impact to them.  I have lost nearly 2 weeks of aerobics due to this and was doing so well.  I am starting my challenges over (all of them but the V day challenge).  I know I can do this and I know I have 3 weeks left and if I really try, I can do 4 lbs/week if i just give it my all!  YOu are all doing so well and let's keep the motivation going.  Here we are all together.  Let's keep it up!!!

  • It sounds like a lot of you are doing great with this "reward" challenge. I have been doing the Valentines Day Challenge but I think would be a great addition to my weightloss plan. My goal is to walk a mile every morning this week, my reward is a $10 iTunes card. I need more music to workout to. My first day will be tomorrow, Sunday, January 25th.
