  • I think I tried to join in on this challenge but I don't see my name on the list. If I did already sorry...sometimes I get lost in these new forums...Anyway... My goal is to eat nothing but what is on my plan for 1 week and my reward is to give myself 1 hour of uninterrupted meditation.

  • hello everyone, hope your week is going good! I wanted let everyone know I did reward myself with the new dvd. It is called kettlenetics. I am so excited to try this new workout. I have read really good reviews in fitness magazine about kettlebell workouts. I will let you guys know how it goes. I am hoping it will get here before the weekend cause I ordered it online. I'll keep you informed. Stay focused everyone...

    I am so sorry, I have been on business travel and wasn't able to get much accomplished what wasn't work related. I think I got everyone down, if I missed you, please correct me.  WAY TO GO to fastenit2!!!  I need a swift kick in the rearend, with the business travel comes eating out 3 meals a day and limited to what you can do in the gym at the hotels, so I think I either have gained or plateued this week.  I am so proud of all of you and we can all do it!!

    I'm new to this community and I am jumping on the band wagon. I too am off track and started gaining.

    I will challenge myself to lose 10lbs and My reward will be my jeans fitting better.

    I have already decided to fast pizza this year. It is a downfall to me.

  • Hey hope everyone is doing good and working toward their goals. I wanted to let everyone know I made it through my first full week of working out and eating healthy. My plan was to workout 6days a week and eat healthy, which I achieved this week. So, I will continue to strive for the same goal each week. I am rewarding myself right now by checking into a new workout dvd, I thinking about trying kettlenetics. It looks pretty fun and different. Good luck to everyone. Thanks adgeralds for coming up with this idea. It has really helped me stay focused

  • If I work out at least 5 days every week, I will buy something cute to wear for Valentine's Day with my boyfriend.  :)

  •  I  would like to join too please. I will eat (at least)  2 fruits  and 3 servings  of veggies  day,for the next  10 days.Starting today,Jan. 12th.Reward,mmm.... I don't know... a manicure?
