At the risk of slim fast deleting this I am also fed up with slim fast. Just come back a couple of times a day to check on the few friends who have not left the site "yet". I can no longer support slim fast. I found that my fitness pal is just like the old slim fast.  A place to log in food. It will even find food in its data base for you like slim fast use to. ALI, I HOPE YOU AND THE HIGHER UPS READ THESE POST. YOU ARE LOSING ALL THE MEMEBERS WHO HAVE BEEN WITH YOU EVEN THRU THE RECALL. HOW COULD YOU DO THIS TO US.

I am so upset with the new site.  don't like that all the foods I entered are gone.  the new site is just a store to get you to buy Slim-Fast products.  well, I'm not falling for it.  I quit already.  would rather pay to join Weight Watchers online than stick around here!

I'm familiar with SparkPeople. I see a few other members use that also. Atleast we can still log menus, activities and weigh-ins. I have used them in the past for recipes and do get their newsletters. The only thing I don't like is the negativity I see when they rip someone's recipe apart and make nasty comments there. Overall it is a very good site and has the (old) Slim-Fast goals. You've been on maintenance about as long as I have. Just use the skills you have learned here to continue on your journey. PAnn, I totally agree with you! I am extremely upset with the changes to SF site. I stopped using it.

I too had much success with the old plan. I lost a total of 30 pounds and have kept it off for 2 years. I have switched over to Sparks People. Their menus allow you enter in your own foods! Good bye Slim Fast!!!!!

I just posted a reply to a message in the Fresh Start group. I should've posted it here because it's quite lengthly. I am asking that anyone unhappy with this new program and the 3.2.1 products take a look at my post. It was in response to Slim Fast 3.2.1???  (RD Ali, I hope you'll read it, too)...  One thing I didn't mention in my post was that the Optima Plan was a very popular plan.
