  • Congratulations! I have lost 14 pounds and am very happy, but I still have about 16 more to go! I am having trouble not getting discouraged at this point because I feel kind of stuck. I am just trying to keep with it and will hopefully see the scale continue to go down soon. This is definitely the only diet that has ever worked for me, now I just need to stay motivated!

  • 20 pounds....Congratulations, what a great accomplishment !!.  How long did it take you to lose 20 pounds? I have been on the slim fast diet for 2.5 weeks I have lost 3 pounds. I love the web site with the meal plans.  I have a long way to go, but I am happy to have lost 3 pounds and not gained 3. How long have you been doing the slim fast diet? And what is your daily calorie goal. I am trying to stay at 1300 calories a day, but I find I get very hungry; do you have any tips for me????  I am active but not a diehard exercise person. I walk a lot on the beach with my beautiful dog Jasmine, play golf when I can, and do light sessions of weight lifting.  I did not realize how many calories I was eating a day until I started tracking myself on the slim fast meal plan. Looking back it was not uncommon for me to eat 2500+ calories a day.  So now I am 35 pounds overweight …….

  • I've been in the plan for 2 months. I used to drink a lot of coke, even though it was diet I think the gas wasn't helping. Other thing is that I was eating waaay too much chocolate and now I take the chocolate shake instead that really helps my craving for it and also is healthier. But the most important thing: Lots of prayer! My friends and I are praying for each other, and that's when the victory came!!!

  • Whoa, congratulations.  How long were you on the Slim Fast plan before you lost that?  Any tips? 

  • Congratulations on the loss of those 20 pounds!  This really is a good plan....learning to eat healthy and including exercise...so simple and empowering....keep on doing what you are doing, it is working!!  Hugs, SisterC
