  • I know that feeling.... Thats why I always give up :0(  but... NOT this time!!! just rememeber your wanting to lose weight for YOU! no one else but YOU!!!! :0)  keep with it, if anything look at what you did for the past 2 weeks and see if there is something you need to change or do more of!

  • Saturday was weigh in day and nothing happened.  I am getting a little discouraged, I only lost 1 pound in 2 weeks.  I am trying to be positive but I find it hard when I am not seeing any results..
