  • Wanting to lose weight for friends wedding

    My friend is getting married in March and I figured that it would be a perfect time to set a goal to lose some weight. I have a goal of 40 pounds long term but for the wedding I would like to lose at least 20 pounds by then. I just started today so I'm hoping that I can do it !!
