I get there at 9AM and class doesn&amp;#39;t start until 2PM, so I work out from 11-1, shower and am done for the day.&amp;nbsp; Then when I don&amp;#39;t have class fri-sun I do my Jillian Anderson 30 day shred 3x which is super difficult, I&amp;#39;m not even out of the first level. It&amp;#39;s a real killer. I&amp;#39;m really upset though because I&amp;#39;ve been doing my regiment and have gained 3 lbs in two days.
