&lt;p&gt;It is safe to lose about 2 pounds per week.&amp;nbsp; You have roughly 8 weeks until your trip.&amp;nbsp; It is not impossible to lose about 25 pounds, but I would stick with losing between 2 and 3 pounds a week.&amp;nbsp; Following the Slim-Fast plan will help, and exercise is always a good idea.&amp;nbsp; I personally love step aerobics because it combines cardio and strength training.&amp;nbsp; I know it is recommended to exercise 30 minutes a day, 3 days a week, but if you want faster results try exercising 5 or 6 days a week.&lt;/p&gt;
