&lt;p&gt;One thing that is really important in achieving lasting weight loss is eating enough calories. Having 2 shakes and a salad per day is way under the amount of calories anyone should consume. While the amount of calories someone should have per day varies based on weight and height, everyone needs at least 1200 calories. &lt;/p&gt;
