  • I think it's possible (or for my sake i hope it is! I'm trying to do the same thing) But even if you don't make that 20, just remember that you'll be slimmer and more healthy than you are now, and thats a huge accomplishment!

    I think if you are determined to lose the weight, you'll be able to do it no doubt.  I think you will drop about the first 6-10 lbs quickly, then you may start to struggle.  When you do start to struggle, it is best to change up your diet a little bit (increase your exercise or decrease food intake a little).  Be careful about losing 20 lbs so fast, though; the faster you lose it, the easier it is to put back on.

  • As a mother of two all i can say is that is going to take more than two months to lose all that extra wait, don't worry i belive that if you are doing the plan and working out at least  4 to 5 times a day you will lose most of that wait, just give your body time to heal, remember that takes 9 months to have a baby, and if people judge you and think you are still a litter over wait is because they are ignorant, enjoy your beatifull baby times fly and you look good in that picture, my kids are 13 and 15 and now i am trying to lose 25 pouns for my daugher 15 party but i have until sep to do it, is not easy and i don't have the excuse that i had a baby, i just got fat from over eating and having fun, good lock girl,

  • I'll let you know how it is once i finally get it. I'm sure it'll be a while b/c I'm not paying for it without testing it out through Netflix first. I'm too cheap to buy anything without trying it first. :)

    BTW, I've been doing The Biggest Loser workout and it is great. I do Cardio Max and Power Sculpt. I would like to try Weight Loss Yoga but I want to view it before I buy it. It'll be a while on that because it's a "very long wait" on Netflix.

     

    I also saw that- Weight Loss Yoga, and thought about getting it, but decided against it. Maybe I can see if some or all of it is on youtube, might make it my next purchase. Let me know what you think about it if you can :)

  • I think you can do it. If you work hard at eating right and exercising you can get the weight off. I'm with you but at least you have a baby as an excuse. I've never had kids and I'm stuck at 170, 40 lbs more that I used to be. My hubby's cousin is getting married at the end of June and I hope to shed 20-30 lbs by then. I've never met this part of his family because they live about 6+ hours away. I want to look hot in a cute little dress for the first time ever when I go to this wedding. Good luck with your loss!

  • It's a lot of work, but definitely, or at the very least- very close to that amount.

    I've been doing this for a month and I have another weigh-in tomorrow night. As of last Thursday (3.5 weeks in)- I had lost 8.4 pounds! So it's possible!

    It's hard work though.

    If you want to do workout DVDs, I highly recommend Biggest Loser Cardio Max DVD. It works you really really hard but gets the results really fast. I noticed a difference in my thighs after only 9 days and 4/5 uses. So it's good with the results. I also hear that Jillian Michaels (one of the show Biggest Loser's trainers) 30 Day Shred is good with the results too.

    Also, walking can get the results fast as well.

  • Yeah, I am trying to loose 20 pounds or if possible more by the end of May. My hometown is having a 3-day festival during the weekend, and that's the time of year when EVERYBODY in town goes and reunites with people thy haven't seen. Since I had my son on January 29th I haven't bothered to go out in public because I am overweight; according to the BMI calculator.

    Before I got pregnant my weight was an astonishing 125!! I was so proud of my body!! But during my pregnancy my weight was pilling on and on, to the piont where I got to 185!

    However when I gave birth I automatically lost 15 pounds, which is now where I am at; 170! UNFORTUNATELY that's where I have stopped!

    Does anybody have any tips on how to loose weight EXTRA fasssst?!?!
