Hi,

I will be 45 on March 27th and would like to lose 21-25 lbs. They say it is possible but a consistate 2 pounds per week is hard to do....but I will try.

but to add a little challange to the undertaking i broke my foot on New Years Day (no drinking was involved, just clumsy) Need to find ways to lose without working out too much. I didn't break it too bad thank goodness so should be able to start getting around soon.
