According to the site BMI, I am overweight by 10 lbs. which I dont completely agree with because my thighs are pretty much thick with muscle, especially in my quads and calves.

I currently weigh 169 and I'm 5'9".

But either way, I'm looking to eat better and lose weight because I know the only way to lose the excess on my tummy is if I diet AND workout, not just one or the other.

I had a near fatal car accident 2 years ago, which left me an ugly incision scar from under my chest straight down below my belly button. I want to tight my tummy so I dont stretch out my scar even more (I HATE IT). My goal is to get close to ALMOST having a 6 pack, but I'm just more concerned about being toned.

My waist measurement is currently 32"...and I'd like to be smaller like 28".

I dont mind my hips and butt, as long as they stay toned.
My measurements are 45" around hips AND butt.

ATTN: I think a curvy body (think Jennifer Lopez, Kim Kardashian...) is WAY more attractive than stick thin, string bean, flat booty girls.

My arms are very toned with minimal flubber.

I'm just more concerned about my stomach getting more firm, muscular, and smaller. My upper thighs more toned and less cellulite.
