WE can ALL do this!!!! I know how you feel. I gained 70 lbs with my first pregnancy and thought I would be in shape when he turnd one, it did not happen, then I got pregnant again. While pregnant with number 2 I was going to get serious as soon as he was born, yeah right. I finally am doing it. I started 5 1/2 week ago knowing I must lose this excess weight by the time I turn 30 (May 22, 2010). I set an orginal goal of 20 by Christmas, then upped it to Thanksgiving and I got on the scale today and am already there. I have a little over 3 1/2 months until my baby turns one (Feb19), so I want to lose 25 more by then, then another 20 by my birthday. I realize now I can really reach my goal of turning 30 and not being overweight. WE MUST believe in ourselves!!!!!!

I'm so tired of year after year hating the fact that I feel terrible about swimsuit season.  I did not lose weight for a family wedding, or my daughter's 1st birthday or my college graduation.  So this time I really have to do it!  I would really like support from other members.  I have to reach my goal this summer for all over well being!
