I totally understand how you feel! Just this summer I went to Myrtle beach with my family, and I was wearing a size 18 bathing suit...I was so embaressed of myself, and envious of all the beautiful women who aren't over weight like I was. I agree, it's time to stop wishing, and begin doing!! You can do it!!  And so can I!! Just stay focused on your goal, and I think we will both be ready for next summer in no time!

I can't recall how many times I've looked at girls thinner than me, looking great in their cute bathing suits and showing off their mid sections, and wished I was one of them. I've never been jealous of anyone and self-confidence is an important aspect to have in every woman's life-but when it comes to weight I've always envied people smaller than me and have felt somewhat intimidated.

 I'm planning a diet and fitness routine so I can finally stop wishing I was one of them and join in on the fun! I'm tired of being the one on the outside looking in; it's time to get into that bikini and feel good about myself too.
