  • Our goal time is almost exactly the same! I'm a women's 9/10 right now, and am wanting to get down to a 5/6 by December 15th, or at least to a 7/8, which was the size I wore in high school. I'm proud of you for being so close to your Bachelor's degree! I'm in my second year of college right now and I know how that added stress can affect you. The stand still always sucks, but you just have to be persistent. Your body is adjusting to a different lifestyle.

  • Hello all. I am a 22 year old female who has always struggled with her weight. I am currently a junior's size 13/14  sometimes 15 and at one point I had gotten down to a juniors 8/9  but never below that. I recently had gotten to a point where I was slipping into an 18 and wearing extra snug women's 16 but I dropped about 25 lbs or so  just reducing my calorie intake and trying to be more active. Now the last couple of weeks I have been at more or less a stand still. I walk about a mile or so 5 days a week and I am not on a super diet diet but I drink lots of water and foods I don't feel that I can give up I make substitutions for [ ie. wheat pasta instead of white and smaller portions] I think I just really need you comments and definitely your motivation so I can pick up the pace. This year is extra special to me because it is my 23  birthday in December as well as when I receive my BA in Psychology. for a while I had gotten too comfortable about my weight and that's when it started to get out of school. I just want to be able to look in the memory and be happy about the person looking back. My goal is to go from a 13/14 to a 6/7. Any comments any of you can leave with be both appreciated and helpful.
