hey i just did that the 16th of jan and i know how you feel depending on yourplans i was someplace where i could take my shakes and bars along and it did help and as long as you know what is good and not you dont have to worry like what i did i looked up the normal calories for things i know that i liked and i just ordered that like a salad i asked for calorie counts and things like that

All who have ideas I can take my shakes I guess but I am into my second week I'm trying ti think how I'm going to do this, Yah know once you leave your safety zone you could mess up. I suppose i could take a bar and shake and get a good supper. Any good thoughts. I don't want to blow it, this means to much to me.
