I like most tofu. It does take on the flavor of whatever it's next to. I would suggest trying Morningstar products. Everything I have tried has been pretty good. I like to use the hidden valley ranch packets and low fat mayo and skim milk. yummy. also, take equal parts evoo and sherry wine vinegar, blend in a mini prep until mixed. this is one of my favorites!

Spaghetti Squash

I have a great recipe for spaghetti squash, just cut it in 1/2 boil it for about 15min the use a fork to make it look like spaghetti add tomato sauce a little cheese and it's really great. Anyone else have a recipe to share?
