    Another option for salads without the calories in salad dressing is to top your salad with chicken salad or tuna salad. I find this very good and I don't have to use salad dressing.

  • Salad dressing

    I found a great way to stretch your salad dressing without stretching your calorie intake. Mix vinegar with 1 serving of your favorite salad dressing, and skip the extra calories! Add as much vinegar as you like. If you desire more flavor, add a dash of garlic powder and black pepper :)

    I like to use the hidden valley ranch packets and low fat mayo and skim milk. yummy. also, take equal parts evoo and sherry wine vinegar, blend in a mini prep until mixed. this is one of my favorites!
