Lately my big thing has been adding adobo sauce (from chipolte peppers) into my mayo or ranch dressing. &lt;p&gt;I made 4 kinds and froze them in an ice cube tray.&amp;nbsp; All were 1 Tablespoon each.&amp;nbsp; My hope is to add a little flavor without all the calories.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
