&lt;p&gt;17 Special K Crackers and raw veggies &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;8 reduced fat vanilla wafers and pot of walmart natural apple sauce (no added sugar)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 portion of egg beaters and two slices light bread&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2 slices toasted light bread and 2 tbls low sugar or sugar free jam&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;bowl of whole grain cheerios and 1 cup fat free milk&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 portion of baked lays and raw veggies&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1/2 double pack of nature valley granola bar with ine pot apple sauce&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;100 calorie popped corn mini bag with a pickle&lt;/p&gt;
