I get those Weight Watcher's strawberry frozen yogurt bars.  They have real strawberries in them and are to DIE for!!!  Absolutely delicious.  What really amazes me about those things is that they only have 60 cals per bar.  It sure doesn't taste like it.  I actually feel like I'm cheating when I eat them.  If I've done real good on cals for the day, I'll have 2 of them guilt free.  Heck...I even think they taste better than real, more fattening ice cream!  Try them...you can find them at pretty much any grocery store.

I am new (day 2) and ice cream is my ultimate weakness-I haven't met a flavor I didn't like:) Since I am trying to keep my snacks to 100 calories I have been trying to buy individually packed ice creams. Caramel is my favorite so I started with a caramel ice cream bar coated in chocolate. It's made by Blue Bunny, which might be a local company, but each bar has 100 calories and the taste is pretty good. I bought them because that was what was on sale. I find that there is always something "diet" on sale. I'm definitely checking out this skinny cow business next time I'm at the grocery store though:)

I made a milkshake with the Vanilla Slimfast.  I froze rasberries individually.  I put the slimfast in my blender (I get it really cold by putting the can in the freezer for a little while) and I drop the frozen rasberries in one at a time.  It blends them up and makes a milkshake.  It is pretty good.

The thing I love is an  Iced Latte (Starbucks Country) I put the Vanilla Slimfast in a big glass with ice cubes.  I put in a shot or 2 of espresso.

(I have a little countertop machine)  It costs lets than going out too....

Skinny Cow can be purchased at any grocery store. The products are really good.

skinny cow ice cream is awesome - even before my adventures into weight loss really started I was eating them cuz they are just that good.  the fudge bars only have 50 calories and are great to subside both chocolate and ice cream cravings.  The other treats such as the Truffle Bar are very very good, but also approx 150 calories each and on a 1200 calorie limit that is sometimes too much of a stretch for me.  I'd rather have a vodka and club soda with my 100 saved calories :)

Weight watchers has ice cream out now that is only 2 points per cup of ice cream. I find that it is just enough to curb my craving and it doesn't take like diet ice cream.

I have learned to mix in the Weight Watchers individual ice creams/desserts into my diet. I allow my self a treat as my last snack of the day in the evening after dinner. We eat dinner by 6pm. Then around 9 I eat a weight watcher 1, 2, or 3 point ice cream desserts...depending on the amount of calories I have available. They offer chocolate bars, ice cream sandwichs, and individual serving sizes of all kinds of ice cream flavors like mint chocolate chip, and butter peacn, and turtle ice cream.

If I have enough calories left over t night, I like Ruggles golden vanilla frozen yogurt. Sometime I top that off with 1/2 of banana sliced.
