You know those Bety Crocker single serving  ini cake things that they have at he grocery store well you can make them yourelf with a boxed cake mix Great huh and MUCH CHEAPER.

1/4 cup of Cake mix (most generic brands have a few less calories I used food)

 1 Tbsp plus 2 Tsp water ( you can also sub one of the Tsp of water for vanilla)

1/2 tsp chocolate frosting (put in the freezer a few minutes  to harden)

Mix all together well in a small like a microwave safe bowllike a ramiken or smaller if you have one

Take harden frosting and dab little dollops evenly over your mix then microwave for 30 seconds and  enjoy

I'm sure any flavor of cake mix and frosting combo would be just as yummy
