    I am just starting this journey. I am a 44 year old mother of 5 children. My 2nd child is getting married this November and I really want to look good. I need to lose at least 100 lbs but am not sure where to start. It is hard to exercise, painful I would say but I know I need to. Just need a buddy....

    Hi Bo-Peep. Yes I will be your buddy. I don't like the new format of Slimfast. I have been having a hard time getting on. I kept getting kicked of.     Thank you for your motivation help. I am going to get off the chair and start exercising. I did really well last year. But, I put some weight back on and didn't stick to it like I should have. Now that I have encourgement I can get started again. Keep in touch. Barney

    It seems I just cannot get motivated this year to lose the weight I need to. I don't like to exercise much. I have different dvds to watch, I watch the biggest loser. But, I just can't get motivated. Any suggestions out there that would help me through this slump? Barney
