    Laura, How did your costco trip go? I know how tempting it is when you are trying to eat better. We had a potluck at work last week I ate at the potluck, but I did skip the dessert. I weighed myself today and I have lost a total of 3 pounds (in 3 weeks). I know my body well enough to not let that discourage...

    Sounds like you are doing GREAT. Water weight or not, it's a loss. I hope to loose some next week. I decided to do a walk away the pounds video last night. It's amazing how hard a mile is when you have not exercised in a while. Keep up the good work and keep in touch Sherri
