    Today marks the end of my first week on my new diet and I have lost 6 pounds. I cried this morning when I got on the scales. I can't wait to see what the scales read next week.

  • Mcdonalds fish made me gain 4 pounds???!?!?!??

    Laura, How did your costco trip go? I know how tempting it is when you are trying to eat better. We had a potluck at work last week I ate at the potluck, but I did skip the dessert. I weighed myself today and I have lost a total of 3 pounds (in 3 weeks). I know my body well enough to not let that discourage...
