  • Need help

    I am just starting this journey. I am a 44 year old mother of 5 children. My 2nd child is getting married this November and I really want to look good.     Thank you for your motivation help. I am going to get off the chair and start exercising. I did really well last year. But, I put some weight back on and didn't stick to it like I should have. Now that I have encourgement I can get started again. Keep in touch. Barney

    It seems I just cannot get motivated this year to lose the weight I need to. I don't like to exercise much. I have different dvds to watch, I watch the biggest loser. But, I just can't get motivated. Any suggestions out there that would help me through this slump? Barney
