Are you guzzling the water?&amp;nbsp; I know it may be tough...I am a major chocolate lover, myself...but, maybe if you force yourself to drink an entire bottle of water before letting yourself have a piece of chocolate,&amp;nbsp;one of two things could happen.&amp;nbsp; Either you will decide that the chocolate isn&amp;#39;t worth having to drink a whole bottle of water, or the water will fill you up and you&amp;#39;ll eat less chocolate.&amp;nbsp; Just a thought...I&amp;#39;m always trying to figure out new ways to manipulate myself into doing what I should be doing.&amp;nbsp; My weight stalled for a few weeks there and getting back to my water regiment has made all the difference the last 2 weeks.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;still no weight loss.... feeling pretty bummed! ive had a kinda sad week, i lost my biggest motivation... ive been sticking to my diet for the most part, but barely been working out. and i keep eating CHOCOLATE!!! i cant stay away from it! its always been my weakness, but through this journey ive been able to avoid it by saying to myself &amp;quot;i want this thing more than i want that chocolate!&amp;quot; but for some reason, thats just not working lately :(&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;
