On Saturday I couldn&amp;#39;t do much and hurt all day. On Sunday I did about 5 minutes of dancing so I felt better. And in the afternoon I hiked up the bluff. But I fell asleep by 9:00. I skipped one of &amp;nbsp;my&amp;nbsp;snack bars and it affected the whole rest of my day. I guess I need the extra that gives me.&amp;nbsp; For the fourth time I am actually looking forward to my weight training workout this morning. Who can figure! Have a great exerciseing day. I did three sets of my three listed exercises, plus I did several sets of strength training exercises... along with my elliptical for cardio. I feel so good. I plan to take my hand weights with me to work tomorrow and work with them on my lunch. &lt;/p&gt;

I will do ten minutes on the tread mill or just ten minutes walking. I know this is going to hurt because I have not been back on the treadmill since I hurt my knee taking care of Stell several weeks ago.&amp;nbsp; Until I can bring my legs back to where they use to be I may have to break it up into five minutes twice a day. Even that is going to hurt.&amp;nbsp; But no pain no gain. I will just keep telling myself that. YOUR ON. It has been so long since I danced. This morning my husband mounted a mirror in my art room and &amp;nbsp;I got out my 30 year old stereo and my records but my poor old speaker wouldn&amp;#39;t work. My husband tried for awhile and then suggsted I try the 1950&amp;#39;s style cabinet stereo that was here when we bought the house. We got it running... I didn&amp;#39;t really believe it would work... And when I heard my old music flooding the room I started to cry which really confused my poor patient husband. He wanted to know why I was crying, but I didn&amp;#39;t know, myself. It may have been for what I used to be.&amp;nbsp;I kept the music on during lunch and for awhile after.&amp;nbsp;I tried a few steps and he said&amp;nbsp;&amp;quot;You still got your&amp;nbsp;moves.&amp;quot; You know the tears started again. I did a little dancing around, but not ten minutes worth. My body remembers how to do the moves, but&amp;nbsp;they didn&amp;#39;t hurt before! I am going to have to go slower than I thought. Maybe eight minutes walking to the music and two minutes actually trying to dance to start my challange.&amp;nbsp;He says this may be better for me than I can imagine...
