I've only been here a month.. it has helped so much. I personally feel all alone in the "real" world. None of my friends or family need to lose as much weight as me. I love to see/hear I'm not alone. I love to see others too who have posted about there journey along the way.. knowing now a lot of our stories are so similar.. just different parts from different buddies. Better than the SF is finding the support on the side of the can. peace coni

I agree! It is nice and it was so nice for me the first time I posted and I think of that when I see a new post. It takes very little energy to support someone as they begin.

I agree...we are all in this together and must be there for each other. I refer to this site as my other family...we are a close knit group with so much in common...I know I wouldn't be this far into my journey if it wasn't for the great people here...Thanks everyone!! Hugs, SisterC

to see that a lot of you are responding to new members postings. It's really nice to see hardly any ZERO's after a persons post. I feel it makes people feel welcome even if we are not the buddy they are looking for. I'd hate to post and not get a single response.

I am proud to be a buddy to so many of you that have extended that welcome mat to so many others. The Biggest loser would not be a smash hit if there were no body like us that needs to drop the weight.

Keep the faith and I wish you all the best of luck on our journey into weight loss and then maintenance!
