&lt;p&gt;I have been on a roller coaster bandwagon. I have been ill with bronchitis for about a week. So that was the beginning of me falling off the bandwagon. I had lost weight unhealthy and had to get healthy again, so of course I gained some weight but not too much. Just a miserable 8 pounds. I had to go back and retrain myself with discipline and get back into the routine of going to the gym and keep my eating habits together. I was deprive of sugar, salt and everything else in between. I printed every recipe on the slimfast site and made my menu for the whole month. &lt;strong&gt;I AM BACK ON TRACK. &lt;/strong&gt;I haven&amp;#39;t had time to update on what I have been missing on the slimfast site. But I will catch up soon. Everyone is doing great and keep up the good work. Hello Audra, always motivating and supporting as usual. &lt;strong&gt;I have decide that I want a digital camera for Christmas, like Sista C, because when I reach my Christmas goal, I am going to need to take plenty of pictures. &lt;/strong&gt;I know I have a long way to go to reach my weight loss goal, but too loose so many pounds and close to a hundred, feels great. I am beginning to feel my buddy receive shape and definition and thats a wonderful feeling after so many years. Everyone keep doing a successful job and don&amp;#39;t give up. &lt;p&gt;Woot! Down 5lbs! KInda makes up for the past few weeks only losing 1 or 2 lbs. I cut my calories back a little and bumped up the exercise so that probably helped. I was really worried because it was my wedding anniversary this week and we went to the Cheesecake Factory for dinner (I know right, the worst idea ever if you are on a diet). I had the weight management pear and endive salad but then we had this chocolate cake, brownie, cheesecake, coconut pecan icing slice of heaven. I only had about 1\4 slice but when I got home and looked up the calories it blew my mind. 2,000 calories in ONE slice of cake. OMG! that means I had around 500 calories in just a few bites. I&amp;#39;m just glad it didn&amp;#39;t bit me in the backside to bad.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Next week I am praying to be able to post 199 or lower. I&amp;#39;ll be so disappointed if I don&amp;#39;t make it. We&amp;#39;ll see I suppose.&lt;/p&gt;
