&lt;p&gt;Well, only two pounds gone but it&amp;#39;s better than nothing. I&amp;#39;ve really got to step up my game if I&amp;#39;m going to hit my goal by Christmas. I need to be losing at least 3 pounds a week to get there. I&amp;#39;ve been thinking about adding an extra 30 min. work out per day to see if that kick starts anything. We will see... I just really want to see the number 199 or lower. It&amp;#39;s been about 7 years since I&amp;#39;ve been in the 100&amp;#39;s so that we be a very exciting day. I&amp;#39;d love to make it there by November. That&amp;#39;s my new mini goal.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Yeah for you Hilary! I think that once you cross the 25 pounds lost barrier sticking with the diet just seems so much easier. Maybe that is just me but by the time you lose that much weight A) it&amp;#39;s become habit B) you start really seeing and feeling the positive changes and they give you so much encouragement to keep going. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Sigh, I&amp;#39;m not really sure why I&amp;#39;m all over the place with this. I was following the plan really solid and I gained 3 lbs one week - I am under some stress right now, but it should get better in the next couple weeks. I&amp;#39;m starting a new contract position. I do better when I have the structure of full time work.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Sounds like you are at least making progress in the right dirrection. How do you stick with it when the blah&amp;#39;s hit? I&amp;#39;m trying to stay on track with the working out - so at least I can feel good about that even when the scale isn&amp;#39;t my friend.
