You both are so amazing! That's a change of 4% in your body fat! I am super impressed by both of you! Way to go!

I also totally relate to the fat-feeling. After my little spat with the hubby this week I have been feeling pretty gross, too. It's hard to look down at the mass sticking out past my ribs and muscle. I like to think that I'll notice a change as big as 24 lbs, but when I lost 35 lbs a few years ago, I couldn't tell. It stinks to be so fat that that big of a difference isn't noticable! I guess that just means I need to work harder and push through to a 50 lb weight loss and then 100 lbs and then my goal. Maybe then the fat-feeling will be gone! :)
