Okay I was halfway wrong about the Turbo Jam dvds I just started them back up today.. they do have words but its mainly ' lets get this party started' or something else like that so like no real lyrics or anything.. mainly just dance music.. but its fun.. i did the 20 min workout this morning and i am beat! best of luck!

How are the Turbo Jams working out for you? They look like they would be fun on the infomercial but if there are no words in the video that could suck because I think that I would want to be able sing while I am working out!

Hey there, I am interested in getting a workout video but really want one that has upbeat Christian music on it. Does anyone have any recommendations? I am looking at the TorboJam dvds but really aren't familiar with the music. I would love to work out to music I already know.
