&lt;p&gt;McDonalds has a &amp;quot;McChicken for only $1.00&amp;nbsp; what I think you could do is just order 2 of them TOSS THE BREAD and you have a nice little snack for $2.00&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Also carried one of the Slim Fast&amp;nbsp; snack bars in your purse and eat it SLOWLY&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; and&amp;nbsp; maybe even&amp;nbsp;one of&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;the Slim Fast Shakes&amp;nbsp; thanks for sharing this with us.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; it helps me to know that when I slip&amp;nbsp; &amp;#39;I HAVE NOT FAILED&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Way to go.&lt;/p&gt;

We had to run out and eat on the way. We went to BK and I had a chicken sandwhich and a few fries. It sucked. I am po&amp;#39;d at myself for not choosing better, but I am really tired of feeling guilty. So I chose badly, at least I recognized it, did not go overboard, and will hopefully make a better choice next time. I did good the whole day prior to dinner and I walked again for my hour and did exercises like sit ups and push ups at home. So we are still going to call day three a victory! I am at 254 right now and am hoping to lose 3 pounds by the next time I weigh in on Monday morning. I can do it! Today was day 2 and it went very well too. I ate pretty good. Nothing that I regretted eating later. I also walked for another hour. I even made it though my &amp;quot;munchy&amp;quot; time, by eating a piece of string cheese. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am wanting to lose 100 lbs by my sisters wedding later this year. If I can lose about 3 lbs a week, I can get to that goal. Everytime I feel like eating something that I shouldn&amp;#39;t I visualize what I want to look like at the wedding. Today was day 1 and I think that I did pretty darn good. I had slimfast for breakfast and lunch and had carrots and grapes as a snack when I got hungry. I had 6 glasses of water, which is great for me. I even walked for an hour today! Yay me! My hardest time for temptation is when I get home from work, before dinner, and I even did good then. I just had a handful of baked chips. I can&amp;#39;t beleive I did so good. I am very excited. My goal for this week is just to lose 3 pounds, I really hope I can do this.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
