All remaining cats are doing well, thanks

I have not fully gotten back into the swing of things but I am working on it. Eating healthier and trying to increase my exercise level. For my Birthday my wife bought me the Biggest Loser Disc for the Wii... trying to re-arrange the living room to give us more room to exercise.

I love my new job as the staff is nice and I really don't do the same thing everyday.  I have implimented same things and the staff loves them....Teamwork  Works!

We'll have the Turkey and the trimmings but I'll have more meat than the stuffing and stuff without going over board.

Hey Tim, been wondering how you were doing....how's the new job working out for you?  How is the kitten coming along now?  And have you been able to get your exercise routine going again with a working schedule?  I am sure adjusting to a new job takes a bit of time and you will fall back into a healthy routine soon.  Have you planned on how to deal with Thanksgiving meals...or is that not a problem for you?  Okay, enough questions...hope you continue to work toward a healthy future.  Hugs, SisterC

I just watched the clip from the Jay Leno with Rebecca.  She looks great and she's dating Daniel who was voted off the week before with Shay.

Right now we are rooting for Danny to win the Biggest Loser Title.

Right now I am working on losing the extra weight that I gained. I had my Birthday as a goal date and blew that one so I am setting a new goal date.
