Well the stress in my life jumped my weight up 12 pounds in the last few weeks. Today I dropped 2 pounds and I got back on the exercise bike for the first time in months. Our little boy is doing good.  Just have to make sure he keeps eating like a pig to keep him healthy...sounds odd but for a cat it's good.

I hope to hit 300 or below by new years day...sooner would be better.

Well I gotta go make a salad for dinner...so keep your chin up and keep looking forward and we'll make our goals
