Congrats for joining the group!!  And welcome to you!  We all know the challenges that you face and that fear of failure...well, the good news here is that everyone will support you and offer advice to help you through any problems you may encounter.  The site itself offers so much to aid in weight loss and the members are the greatest!  Check out the site...the menu plan, the weight chart, the recipes, the fitness log, etc and find a few good buddies...sometimes those buddies are what will keep you on track when a craving hits.  We all have days that are a bit more of a struggle than others....that isn't negative attitude; that is just our will power taking a break....believe in yourself; you can do this!  Good luck and be sure to post your weigh in results so we can watch your progress!!  Hugs, SisterC

Welcome!  Congratulation on starting too.  =)  I started a couple weeks ago and so far I have found everyone very supportive.  I think this is a great little community.  I believe that you will do great here.  And I think we all whine a little sometimes, I'm sure I do lol.

So I have tried a few diet plan; slim fast once before. The only one that worked for me was LA Weightloss but they unfortunately closed all their stores in my area. I am the type of person that needs support and giudance. So if anyone out there is willing to endure my whining (only at times) and my sometimes negative attitude I would greatly appreciate the help.
